Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has some nice features like spacious rooms and great indoor and outdoor pools, but unfortunately, it’s located quite far from the main attractions like Niagara Falls. The breakfast experience was really disappointing, with limited and cold options. Bugs in the room were also an unpleasant surprise. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in dining and pest management.
This hotel offers a beautiful view of the Niagara River, and I appreciated that my room was clean and comfortable. While the staff were mostly friendly, the overall condition of the property seemed to indicate financial troubles, and the dining options were quite limited, which made my stay less than ideal.
My stay at the Radisson in Grand Island was quite disappointing, especially given that I had high expectations from past experiences at Radisson hotels. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortably hot, and I encountered issues with a bathroom that lacked any electricity. The dining experience was equally frustrating, as food took far too long to arrive and wasn’t served warm. All of this, combined with a high price tag, made the stay feel entirely not worth it.
The hotel holds a gorgeous view of the Niagara River, but it desperately needs renovations as many areas felt dated and in disrepair. My room was decent, but there were issues with noise from the heater and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The breakfast experience was chaotic and the service did not meet expectations, especially with multiple inconsistencies. Overall, it's a mixed bag with potential, yet it struggles to provide a comfortable stay due to its current state.
